Because our order processing and shipping systems are designed to get your order out the door quickly and efficiently, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered processing. You may return it for an exchange or refund once you receive it subject to the terms of our return policy.

Louisa House reserves the right to cancel or modify orders at any time due to system or typographical errors, payment problems or any other unforeseen issues.

Try using the site search function in the upper right corner of your screen. Simply enter a keyword (such as “Modern Chandelier”), item number or a brief description of the product you are looking for. You will receive a results page displaying all items matching your search criteria. You can then refine your search using the advanced search function on the left side of the results page and sort by product category (Crystals, Glass, Copper..), price range, color, collection and accessory type. Please also note that the product you are looking for may be out of stock or discontinued.

Items will remain in the shopping cart for several hours until you complete the order or remove the items for several hours. Note: Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is complete.


The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a maximum of 10 to 20 working days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of your goods.

We ship anywhere in the world for free with a minimum of 1 item.

We work hard to ensure that all orders are processed quickly. However, due to increased demand and our goal to follow strict specifications to ensure damage-free delivery and quality products, it may take longer to process your order. Between 10 to 20 days. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and construction of the Luminaire. Thank you for your patience!

The delivery is made under signature. You will receive a notification via SMS and email when your Post Office has delivered your order. Please make sure the phone number you enter during checkout is the number you want to receive delivery updates. Your Post Office may send you a text message directly to inform you that your order has been delivered to your home.

Orders placed for delivery will be delivered directly to your door packaged in a plain, non-descript brown box or white mailbag.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on the shipping warehouse.


We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven product defect.
